Newest member of our mochi lineup!

This is the latest addition to our Mochi ohana. It’s ICHIGO DAIFUKU MOCHI, but we call it AZHGS Hilo Kine Strawberry Mochi. Named after our friends from Arizona Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp for being our biggest small business supporter.  This creation is a strawberry covered with koshi an (sweet red bean paste) and all covered by super duper soft mochi. Made famous by our former hometown of Hilo’s Two Ladies Kitchen, we thought we’d give it a try and share with our friends here in Arizona. It’s also well known throughout Hawaii as being the ‘go to’ for Omiyage (gifts shared by island residents). Try ours! You won’t be disappointed!

Our Chocolate Brownie Blast mochi is our chocolate brownie mochi topped with crushed peanut butter cups! Oh my the goodness! If you love mochi, chocolate, and peanut butter cups, you will love love this!🤙🏻 Came up with this after being influenced by restaurants serving up our favorite green tea ice cream with chocolate syrup, strawberries, and whip cream. So Ono and and so Pretty!!! It’s a must try!🤙🏻

Poke Wars

 I had the honor of entering the 2nd Annual Poke Wars contest held out in Scottsdale. It was an experience of a lifetime! Went in it with nothing to lose, and came out with a whole lot of knowledge and appreciation for the culinary world of which I knew nothing about. For the most part, all the other chefs were open to sharing ideas and respected my amateur status. I also got to connect with a bunch of other local vendors and community members. Mahalo to the event organizers for this opportunity! I’ll be back again!🤙🏻

Shaka Sheri’s Ono Ono Mililani Coffee Cake

 Our latest addition to our all-star lineup. Wifey and kids been eating this forever so when the opportunity presented itself, we pitched the sale to 808 Social as they’re looking for breakfast items to go along with their coffee creations. Made one pan for them and it sold out, even if it took the weekend to do so. We’re confident that word will get out how ono it really is and makes a perfect Shaka compliment with any breakfast beverage….COFFEE!🤙🏻
